Precision Knitwear.
Industry-Leading Standards.
Proudly Crafted in Bangladesh.
A full-package knitwear partner for global fashion houses. Four hundred STOLL flat-knit machines, a LEED Gold campus and an audited supply chain — all under one roof.

Vertically Integrated Manufacturing.
A vertically integrated knit manufacturer engineered for medium-to-large international programmes. Every order runs on calibrated equipment, against documented procedure, with full traceability from yarn to carton.
Compliance is the starting line, not the goal.
Our environmental and social commitments are measured, audited and independently certified. We design programmes to meet European Green Deal expectations from the outset — not retrofit them at audit stage.
Sustainability,
designed into
the building.
Beyond certifications, our sustainability commitments are engineered into how the campus is built, powered, ventilated, and run — from the choice of machine fleet to the thickness of the walls.
Our environmental and social commitments are not a corporate add-on. They are decisions that shaped the machine fleet, the architecture, the energy plant, and the daily flow of 1,400 employees through the campus.
The following eight initiatives summarise where we have measurably reduced energy, water, and carbon — and where the next phase of our sustainability roadmap is heading. Verified figures are published annually in our ESG report.
Advanced STOLL knitting fleet
Our facility runs around 400 STOLL flat-knit machines — including 12 GG–180, 7 GG–200, and 3 GG–20 units. Globally recognised for higher durability, advanced design capability, and significantly greater energy efficiency and operational lifetime than conventional jacquard machines.
Energy-efficient production
High-speed servo motors and advanced linking machines deliver ~25% energy savings and improve working efficiency by nearly 20%. A Bus Bar Trunking system distributes power efficiently across the campus, while magnetic-bearing chillers cut cooling energy by ~30%. Energy meters in every section enable continuous monitoring.
1 MW solar with net metering
A 1 MW rooftop solar system feeds the campus grid with net metering to maximise renewable use and minimise wastage. Rainwater harvesting is installed for water conservation, and a dual-flush system is planned across the facility.
Clean transportation on-site
EV charging points are installed within the premises to support clean transportation. Bicycle stands across the campus encourage employees to choose eco-friendly commute options and contribute to reducing carbon emissions.
Two-thirds green open space
Nearly two-thirds of the total factory premises consist of green open areas with trees and landscaping. Employees pass through greenery and open space before and after work — a deliberate design choice that supports wellbeing and reduces mental stress on the floor.
Daylight & passive cooling
The production facility is planned to maximise the use of natural daylight through carefully placed windows — reducing daytime dependence on artificial lighting. 15-inch brick walls maintain a naturally cooler indoor environment and lower cooling energy demand.
Four smoke-free staircases
The entire production building is designed with four smoke-free staircases and no internal stairways inside the production floors. This minimises smoke-trap risk during emergencies and supports faster, safer evacuation in the event of a fire. The facility is RSC-certified for structural, fire and electrical safety.
Closed-loop water management
A 100% water recycling plant, commissioned in 2021, returns process water to the production cycle rather than to the environment. A dedicated rainwater harvesting pond, built in 2023, reduces the campus's draw on freshwater reserves — placing Hera among a small group of Bangladeshi knitwear facilities operating a genuinely closed water loop.
One campus. Every step of the knit.
Vertical integration is what allows us to commit to short lead times and predictable quality. Visit the floor — we host buyers for full-day audits any week of the year.
An engineering culture, not a job-shop.
In-house Design Studio
Chart designers and programming engineers translate trend boards into stitch programmes and tech packs.
Full-package Capability
Yarn sourcing, winding, knitting, linking, washing, finishing and packing — under one roof.
STOLL ADF & CMS Fleet
Gauge 3 to 14, intarsia and 3D structures with on-site German technical service.
From sketch to FOB shipment in three stages.
We assign a single point of contact at inquiry stage and keep them on the program through delivery. No hand-offs, no language friction.
